Xi’ an SENBAO Electric Engineering Co., Ltd is a high-tech joint-venture of the Xi’ an Eastern Electrical Engineering Research Institute and the American Hansen Trading Company. Taking advantages of industry, university and research institute, Xi’ an SENBAO specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of products which are used to improve utility grid operation and power quality, and to reduce power losses and conserve energy.
As an independent R& D enterprise, SENBAO has been launching high-tech products continually and owns a number of patents for development of a series of novel products which filled in the gaps in the domestic market. These products are:

Of them, SVR automatic feeder voltage regulator and energy-saving, variable capacity intelligent box-type substation were brought into the National Torch Program and the state strongly recommended products list; DWK pole-mounting HV dynamic var compensator and DWLK pole-mounting HV dynamic var compensation and filtering device were listed as provincial- and municipal-level science and technology breakthrough products.
l SENBAO’ s SVR automatic feeder voltage regulator, DWK pole-mounting HV dynamic var compensator, energy-saving, variable capacity intelligent box-type substation, and APF active power filter has been listed by the State Grid Corporation on its category of “ Four New” products recommended for rural power systems.
